We are excited to have you join us for this year’s conference! Our exhibitors play a crucial role in enhancing your experience, offering valuable insights, resources, and opportunities for networking.
Virtual Conference Opportunities
- Company Information: Display your company name, logo, contact information, website, and organization description on the ATEAL Website and conference platform (vFairs)
- Networking Opportunities:
- Virtual Exhibit Booth set
- Host a networking session on a topic of your choice during the lunch break (45 minutes)!
- Push notification: Push notifications are the optimal way for exhibitors to make important announcements and promotional offerings to attendees directly.
- Gamification: Participate in the ATEAL 2026 Conference Challenge. The virtual showcase will have a gamification element. Secret code words will be hidden throughout the video, with attendees collecting codes to win prizes.
Fee
$350 (+GST & a $10 service fee)
- Includes two (2) conference registrations.
- Additional team members must be registered for the ATEAL Conference

Exhibitors Agreement and Payment
To become a conference publisher please complete the 2026 Conference Exhibitor and Publisher Agreement Form
A member of our Exhibitor and Publisher committee will be in touch shortly.
Look out for an email from Business Manager, Irene Wood. An invoice and payment receipt will be generated and emailed to you.
